big FKn RANT about the modern food & medical INDUSTRIES aka The Cholesterol Lie

To metabolise ONE MOLECULE OF SUGAR, our body needs 56 MOLECULES OF MAGNESIUM, plus fat & protein, and this sugar molecule comes into our body like a villain, like a highway robber, and ROBS IT FROM OUR MUSCLES, FROM OUR BRAIN, FROM OUR FROM OUR BONES, FROM OUR HEART, and every one of those tissues will suffer and cause disease. (Also note that all processed carbs turn into sugar in the body, so we're not just talking about white table sugar)
