The only think I gained from the 50plus years of knocking this type of thing back was chronic hip-pain whereby I could only get up the stairs by 'walking' on all fours, and could only get around by leaning on a friend (go raibh míle maith agat Peter/vielen Dank fuer die Blumen/merci mille fois mon ami), > caused by inflammation > caused by consuming this stuff.
Cause it sure ain't 'Food'.
